Desktop Application for Call Center Deals Management

This project focuses on a Call Center Desktop Application using Core .NET C# and MySQL Server. It comprises three versions:

Admin Dashboard:

Administers user accounts, enabling account creation, modification, and disabling.

Streamlines deal finalization with efficient submission and real-time updates.

Manager Dashboard:

Equips managers with a comprehensive interface for deal finalization and management.

Facilitates deal processing and submission with real-time updates.

Agent Dashboard:

Provides agents an intuitive platform for creating, processing, and submitting deals.

Leveraging a centralized MySQL Server, the application ensures effective data management for both centralized and online call center setups. Developed with Core .NET C# and Framework 4.5, it offers scalability and robust performance. The network infrastructure supports LAN and WAN connectivity, employing an IP address-based architecture for seamless communication.
