Property owners can: - Add bookings manually from external platforms - Record reservations received from other booking platforms - Add external booking references - Select the room and reservation dates - Manage guest information - Block room availability based on external reservations - Keep the availability calendar synchronized with manually added bookings

This makes it possible to manage bookings from platforms such as Booking, Airbnb, Agoda, or other external channels, without requiring those platforms to be directly integrated into the system.

Direct WhatsApp Booking: Instead of building a checkout or online payment system, guests can contact the property directly through WhatsApp to make a reservation or ask about availability.

This keeps the booking process simple and allows the property owner to confirm reservations personally.

Key Feature: The main focus was centralized room availability management.Property owners can see which rooms are available, occupied, reserved, or unavailable directly from the dashboard.

Bookings can come from the property's own WhatsApp channel or be manually added from external booking platforms. Once a reservation is added, the corresponding room and dates can be marked as unavailable to help prevent double bookings.

Result: A complete accommodation management platform that combines a professional guest-facing website with a powerful internal dashboard.

The system gives property owners one place to manage their rooms, availability, pricing, guests, and reservations, while still allowing them to use WhatsApp and external booking platforms as their preferred booking channels.
