At Pacific Sands Beach Resort in Tofino, BC, I designed and managed 70+ email campaigns using Revinate, a hospitality-specific platform. One-time promotional campaigns written directly by me contributed to over $5.7M in revenue over a 12-month period. Work included audience segmentation, seasonal campaign planning, and A/B testing across subject lines and content formats.
At Manitoba Possible, I wrote 20+ campaigns over 30 months including fundraising launches, program announcements, and a quarterly digital newsletter. Results consistently outperformed industry benchmarks: a 50/50 fundraising launch achieved a 40.4% open rate (industry average 33%) and generated $4,000 in sales within 72 hours. A direct mail follow-up campaign reached a 53.5% open rate. The quarterly newsletter held a 39% open rate against the same 33% benchmark.
For e-commerce clients across skincare, restaurants, and sport and golf apparel, I wrote and wireframed 50+ email and lifecycle campaigns in Figma, with designs finished by a dedicated designer. Work included welcome flows, promotional campaigns, and lifecycle sequences, contributing to $500K+ in attributed revenue across accounts.
