Hero Section Rebuild for a Local Authority

Designed and built a new homepage hero section in Framer for a local authority website, replacing a dated, static header with something faster and more engaging.

The goal was to modernise the first impression visitors get of the site without touching the rest of the existing structure - a contained, high-impact change rather than a full rebuild.
