Customized Event Management in Salesforce

Developed and customized a comprehensive registration system and database using Salesforce, designed to handle over 4,000 guests and volunteers annually. This project included implementing a custom workflow to streamline registration for events, improving the process for both participants and organizers. I also created automated email communication, check-in and event management processes, and custom reports and dashboards to ensure accurate data management, making the registration process more efficient and user-friendly.
