After having a discovery meeting with Migrapreneur (the client) I went through a research process into previous programs the client had launched as well as other programs by communities or accelerators.
This program was done in collaboration with INCO Academy and GOOGLE. I took this into account when executing the strategy.
The strategy was delivered in notion, together with a template to manage ideas and the execution of them.
What did the strategy include:
Visual Identity: Decided to hire an agency to execute a branding for the program, so that visually the program would look different.
Content Pillars: Decided to highlight the mentors from the program, talking a bit about them who they are, what they do, and what they'll be advising in. As well as providing industry news, and tips for the program graduates.
Platform Guidance: Tips on the best way to write content, hashtag strategy, story tips and caption writing guidelines.
Results:
The program launch was successful.
1,500+ students signed up.
The instagram account grew by 3,000+ followers in the duration of the program.
Got invited as a speaker on personal branding for the graduation event.
