Quinteros Viajes is a travel agency in Córdoba, Argentina (quinterosviajes.com). The goal: give sellers one place to take a lead from WhatsApp, build a quote, and move it toward a trip — without living in chats and spreadsheets.
Owner: Julián.
The problem
Sales and ops ran on WhatsApp, Excel, and ad-hoc AI. Leads, quote versions, and trip context were scattered. There was no shared pipeline for sellers, triage, and the owner to work from the same day-to-day board.
Approach
We treated this as a named operating-product pilot, not a marketing site:
Map the real lead → quote → trip path sellers already used
Put WhatsApp inbox, quotes, daily board, and trips in one hub
Ship a public passenger surface (Pax) so quotes can be shared as links
Demo weekly, keep the hub as the system of record, expand only what sellers used
Stack: React, TypeScript, Node.js — production-shaped so the team can keep shipping after the pilot.
What we built
QV Hub (sellers)
WhatsApp inbox in the same workspace as quotes and trips
Quote flow sellers run day to day
Daily “Hoy” board for triage and ownership
Trip context next to the commercial path
Pax (passengers)
Public quote app with shareable links for passengers
Product surface for the Quinteros Viajes operating hub
Who uses it
Sellers — inbox, quotes, trips
Triage / ops — daily board
Owner — same pipeline visibility without chasing chats
Outcome
Lead-to-quote moved out of scattered WhatsApp threads and spreadsheets into a hub sellers actually work from. Owners and triage see the same pipeline. Pax gives passengers a clean quote link instead of another forward chain.
No vanity % invented — the win is operational: one system of record for the commercial path.
Role
Solo tech partner (Kobelt): product shape, build, and ship on a weekly cadence with Julián.
