Gather and evaluate user requirements. This includes understanding the needs of the target audience, as well as the goals of the product.

Create wireframes and prototypes. Wireframes are low-fidelity representations of the user interface, while prototypes are more interactive versions that allow users to test the functionality.

Design the visual elements of the user interface. This includes the interface's color palette, typography, and overall look and feel.

Conduct usability testing. This involves testing the user interface with real users to gather feedback and identify improvement areas.

Iterate on the design. Based on the feedback from usability testing, the designer will iterate on the design until it meets the users' needs and the product's goals.
