FOLIO - a proposal, quote

FOLIO - a proposal, quote and invoice engine I built from scratch in pure Python. No libraries, no JavaScript: it writes the PDF file format itself (object table, compressed streams, font metrics for exact text wrapping, clickable pay button, bookmarks). Fill a 60-second form, get a branded multi-page PDF back in under a second. Output is 5 KB. Runs on a $5 server. 14 automated tests re-parse every file it makes.
