Our mission is to deliver world-class mental performance coaching, once reserved for elite athletes, to every athlete looking to improve. We aren't just giving tips; we are building daily mental strength through personalized, AI-powered coaching and habit-building systems.

The Mobile App: Your Personal Mind Coach

The FoCoCo mobile app is the core of your experience, built on a Flutter + Firebase + Google AI Tools. It's designed to be your all-in-one tool for logging, analyzing, and improving your mental and physical performance.

Key Features:

Personalized Coaching (VARK Model) From the moment you sign up, FoCoCo identifies your unique VARK learning style (Visual, Auditory, Reading, or Kinesthetic). The Coach Tab then tailors all coaching modules—lessons on pressure, pre-shot routines, and recovery—to the way you learn best.

Holistic Round Logging Go beyond just logging your score. FoCoCo allows you to log your full performance, including:

Technical Stats: Score, putts, Greens in Regulation (GIR), fairways hit, etc..

Mental Logging: Record your mindset, focus levels, cues used, and post-shot routines for each round.

AI-Powered Voice Logging: (Plus & Prime Tiers) Simply talk to the app. Our AI understands natural language to log your performance, whether you say, "7 iron from 150 into headwind, missed short right" or "Felt tense on hole 5, pushed it right, used self-talk to recover" .

FoCoMap: See Your Game From Every Angle This is FoCoCo's visual projection layer—a GPS-based, interactive map of your rounds.

MindMap: A mental-only layer. It shows you exactly where on the course your focus dropped off or where you used specific mental cues.

ShotMap: A technical-only layer. Review your club choices, shot dispersion, and outcomes across the course.

SyncMap: The ultimate analysis tool. This combined layer overlays your mental data on top of your technical data. Instantly see the correlation between your mindset (e.g., "low confidence") and your shot outcome (e.g., "missed short 7i").

The Performance Hub & Prime Dashboard The Performance Tab is your analytics hub, turning your logged data into actionable patterns.

Prime Dashboard: Prime users unlock the ultimate command center. This dashboard features a dynamic "Control Score" , a "Confidence Momentum" meter, and powerful Mindset-Stat Correlation Insights. The Web Platform (fococo.ai)

The FoCoCo.ai web platform is the public face of our mental performance engine. It serves as the central hub for showcasing our mission, technology, and benefits to the public.

Public Showcase: The website's primary goal is to introduce the world to the FoCoCo mission: Focus, Confidence, and Control. It details the features of the "App1: GOLF" mobile app, explaining the science behind the VARK model and the power of AI-driven insights.

Membership & Tiers: The platform clearly outlines the different subscription tiers (e.g., Base, Plus, and Prime) , allowing users to compare features and select the plan that's right for them before downloading the app.

Support & Trust: It serves as the hub for user support, FAQs, and transparent privacy policies, demonstrating our built-in readiness for GDPR and CCPA data controls.

Future-Ready Admin & User Portal: The web platform is built with a scalable architecture that includes a (future) web-based Admin Dashboard for internal management. This infrastructure paves the way for a potential future web portal where users can log in to review their performance history, manage their accounts, and access coaching content from their desktop.

FoCoCo: Technical Brief

This brief details the technical architecture of the FoCoCo platform, which is composed of a cross-platform mobile application, a web application, and a sophisticated AI backend.

1. Mobile App Platform

Technology: Flutter

Role: The primary cross-platform (iOS & Android) application for all user interaction, data capture, and coaching delivery. It is the main tool for the user's day-to-day mental and physical performance logging.

Key Functions:

Holistic Data Logging: Provides the UI for users to log all performance metrics, including technical stats, mental state journaling, and real-time routines.

Personalized Coaching: Delivers coaching modules (lessons, exercises) tailored to the user's specific learning style (VARK) and performance needs.

GPS Visualization (FoCoMap): Leverages native device GPS capabilities to power the interactive map layers, allowing users to visually correlate their performance data with specific locations.

Sensor Data Collection: (For the Custom Deep AI) Actively and passively accesses the device's accelerometer and gyroscope (with user permission) to capture time-series data on physical movement, pace, and routines.

2. Web App Platform

Technology: NEXT.js

Hosting: Vercel

Role: Serves as the public-facing showcase for FoCoCo, the primary user acquisition and subscription funnel, and the web-based portal for deep data analysis.

Key Functions:

Public Showcase (fococo.ai): Acts as the marketing and information hub, detailing the platform's features, mission, and value proposition to the public.

User Acquisition & Subscription: Manages all user sign-ups (interfacing with Firebase Auth) and subscription tier management (e.g., Base, Plus, Prime).

Web-Based Dashboard: Provides a rich, desktop-optimized experience (e.g., the Prime Dashboard) where users can log in to perform deep analysis of their performance trends and Mind-Stat correlations.

Admin & Content Portal: A secure section of the NEXT.js app for the FoCoCo team to manage coaching content, review platform analytics, and support users.

Scalable Deployment: Vercel provides a serverless, globally distributed infrastructure with a seamless CI/CD pipeline, ideal for integrating with a headless backend like Firebase.

3. Core AI Infrastructure

Technologies: Firebase, Google Gemini, & Google Vertex AI

Role: The unified backend, database, serverless logic, and core intelligence layer for the entire platform, ensuring data is synchronized between the mobile and web apps.

Firebase Components:

Firestore: The primary NoSQL database storing all user data, including profiles (VARK type), performance logs, journal entries, and FoCoMap coordinates.

Firebase Authentication: Provides a single, secure authentication system for users across both the Flutter mobile app and the NEXT.js web app.

Cloud Functions for Firebase: The serverless compute layer that acts as the "glue." It's used to trigger backend processes, such as:

Processing a natural language voice log from the mobile app.

Calling a Gemini model to analyze the text.

Writing the structured data back to Firestore.

Cloud Storage: Securely stores all user-generated binary files, such as audio log snippets.

Gemini & Vertex AI Integration:

Google Gemini: The advanced generative AI model used for all major language and reasoning tasks. This includes interpreting natural language voice logs ("I felt rushed and missed my target") and generating the personalized, text-based coaching insights and plans for the user.

Google Vertex AI: The MLOps platform used to manage, deploy, and scale all AI models. It hosts the Gemini models and provides the APIs that Firebase Cloud Functions call to access the AI capabilities.

4. Custom Deep AI System (Physical & Behavioral Analysis)

Technologies: Gemini, Embeddings, (via Vertex AI)

Concept: This is FoCoCo's proprietary system designed to move beyond user-logged data. It analyzes how a user physically moves and how they interact with the app to find hidden patterns in their mental and physical state.

Data Capture:

Physical Movement (from Flutter): The app uses phone sensors (accelerometer, gyroscope) to capture raw data on the user's physical patterns (e.g., time taken for a pre-shot routine, walking pace, physical "fidgeting" or agitation).

Phone Activity (from Firebase): The platform logs key behavioral events (e.g., "User repeatedly checked 'Performance' tab after logging a high-stress event").

Analysis & Insight Loop:

Embeddings: This raw sensor and activity data is fed into a custom model (managed in Vertex AI) that converts these complex, time-series data snippets into vector embeddings (a numerical representation).

Pattern Recognition: Using Vertex AI Vector Search, the system can find patterns and clusters in these embeddings to objectively identify different user states (e.g., a "Rushed Routine" embedding vs. a "Calm & Successful Routine" embedding).

Multimodal Reasoning (Gemini): An advanced Gemini model is used to analyze these newly identified physical/behavioral embeddings in the context of the user's logged performance data (from Firestore).

Deep Insight Generation: This allows the system to generate groundbreaking feedback. For example: "We detected that your 5 worst-performing events (from logged data) all followed a physical routine (from sensor data) that was under 8 seconds. Your best events follow a 14-16 second routine. This suggests your physical tempo is breaking down under pressure."

Actionable Coaching Plans: This deep insight is then used to automatically generate a new, highly specific coaching plan in the app, targeting the physical and behavioral root cause of the performance issue.
