Embarking on this project, my focus was on creating a unique restaurant design. The client's vision revolved around establishing a socializing space inspired by the Punjabi cultural concept of "Mera Dera" or "my gathering place." The result is a thoughtfully crafted restaurant with a versatile seating layout, providing a pleasant ambiance that seamlessly extends from indoor to outdoor spaces. Utilizing local materials and crafts, every aspect, from calligraphic touches to the grey structure and the selection of outdoor plants, was meticulously designed to reflect care and embrace cultural authenticity.
