Back in 2020, Oztech Sparks Electrical & Security approached Southdown Creative with a clear goal – generate more leads and build a stronger online presence. What started as a content and lead generation brief quickly evolved into a long-term strategic partnership built around sustainable growth.

Our first move wasn’t to start making content, it was to map out a 10-year plan. Together, we set bold annual objectives, then reverse-engineered how we’d get there.
The mission? Position Oztech Sparks Electrical as the most trusted and reputable electricians and security technicians in Greater Sydney, and get them ranking first on Google. We hit that ranking milestone in just 26 days, but we knew the real challenge would be maintaining it.
To support the long game, we implemented an Omnichannel Marketing Strategy that included:

Our entire strategy focused on the customer – not just the brand. We identified the pain points and frustrations of Oztech Spark’s audience, then created content that directly addressed them. This included educational blog posts, engaging behind-the-scenes videos, and social proof that highlighted the team’s workmanship, trustworthiness, and expertise.
