Client

CyberWhyze (now Whyze Labs), a video-led marketing partner for cybersecurity, B2B SaaS, and enterprise tech brands.

Scope

Fixed-scope phase to redesign and rebuild the core website in Webflow:
Project kickoff & alignment
Homepage redesign (design + development)
Resources overview page (structure & CMS)
Resource detail templates (videos, podcasts, guides, case studies)

The Challenge

The previous site:
Looked dated and underplayed their real expertise and output.
Had scattered resources, weak structure, and poor technical SEO.
Made it hard to showcase their heavy video library and case studies in a clear, trusted way.
Was not set up for fast iteration by the internal team.
They needed a flexible Webflow build that felt sharp, expert, and human, while making it simple to ship new content weekly.

What I Delivered

1. Strategy & Kickoff
Collected access to Webflow, Figma, brand files, analytics, and hosting.
Clarified scope around homepage and resources as the "conversion spine."
Audited competitors (Arctic Wolf, Influent, etc.) to position CyberWhyze as a focused, trust-first, video-led partner.
2. Homepage Redesign (Webflow)
New layout and visual system aligned to the updated brand.
Hero built around their flagship video, trust messaging, and clear primary CTA.
Scroll-based interactions that showcase volume and quality of client work without hurting performance.
Case study previews with hover states and modal video support.
Fully responsive build with a consistent component system so the team can edit confidently.
Embedded tools and tracking:
Google Tag Manager
Google Analytics
Hotjar
Calendly integration and dedicated thank-you page for conversion tracking
3. Resources Overview / Library
Turned "Resources" into a scalable content ecosystem:
Structured entry to Blog and Library.
Library engineered to support:
Video content
Podcasts
Long-form guides and playbooks
Case studies
Custom CMS architecture:
Separate collections per content type for clean URLs and SEO control.
Filter-ready structure (topic, audience, format) for future layering.
Designed and built the Resources / Library overview layout in Webflow to feel like a serious resource center, not a simple blog roll.
4. Resource Detail Templates
CMS templates for:
Educational videos: YouTube embeds with transcript/summary areas for crawlable content.
Podcasts: episode pages with embedded video/audio, guest details, and long-form text.
Guides / playbooks: in-page reading experience with optional PDF download.
Case studies: future-ready layout for story, metrics, and testimonial video.
Focus on:
Legible typography and content width.
Video handling that avoids random external recommendations through custom embed approach.
Layouts that the client can replicate without breaking design.
5. Technical & SEO Foundation
Migrated and launched on the new Webflow project safely.
Cleaned legacy clutter:
Addressed large volumes of 404s from the old setup.
Tightened indexation rules and staging visibility.
Implemented a consistent style system and component library.
Improved technical SEO health from a weak baseline to a near-perfect score immediately after launch.
Set up forms, thank-you flows, and tracking so leads are properly captured.

Impact

Modern, video-forward site that reflects what CyberWhyze / Whyze Labs actually does.
A real resource engine instead of a static brochure site:
The team can now publish videos, podcasts, guides, and blogs without new dev.
Fast validation:
Early leads and positive signals shortly after launch.
Search presence and structured results for branded queries improved once new pages indexed.
Strong client feedback:
Consistent praise for design quality, organization, and technical execution.
Phase 2 immediately greenlit on the back of this work.
