Orientation of new employee for operations policies and formats. Complete exit check-list on leaving of staff. Guide new staff for insurance, medical and financial policies. I handled monthly petty cash. I supported in procurement of office facilities. Reconcile petty cash as per USAID policies. I prepare purchase order and process invoices after crosscheck. I made budget for annual events. I liaise and negotiate with hotels and vendors for best prices and services. I physically check event arrangements on the day of events. Arrange travel and lodging for colleagues. Remotely manage events in other regions. I manage office inventory.
