Healthcare Consultancy: Full Digital Repositioning

The client is a specialist health and social care consultancy led by two senior practitioners with 60 years of combined experience. They work with NHS trusts, local authorities, integrated care systems, and care providers across the UK on dementia care, safeguarding, and complex case management.
The problem: their existing site was hosted on Kajabi on the main domain. Long, unstructured copy. No clear service hierarchy. Generic template layout that didn't reflect the seniority or specialism of the consultancy. The site read like a policy document, not a proposition.
What I built:
I replaced the entire Kajabi site with a new build on Base44, now live on the main domain. The old Kajabi site has been moved to a subdomain temporarily while the academy courses are migrated onto the new Base44 platform. Once that migration is complete, the Kajabi site will be shut down entirely, bringing the consultancy site and academy under one roof on a single platform.
The new site repositions the consultancy as a specialist practice, not a training provider. Every page is structured around the problems their clients are actually managing: CQC pressure, safeguarding concerns, inconsistent dementia care, complex multi-agency cases.
Key decisions:
Led with the outcomes their clients need, not a list of services
Gave their proprietary frameworks dedicated positioning as methodology, not just course content
Structured the team section around individual credibility: published author, nurse consultant, mental health specialist
Built an SEO content strategy with articles targeting senior decision-makers
Designed the consultation CTA as a low-friction entry point, not a sales funnel
The result is a site that matches the calibre of the consultancy behind it. Currently on a retainer engagement covering ongoing site development, academy migration, content, and SEO.
