BYAKKO: editorial storefront, working interactions

A self-initiated, reference-based recreation and brand adaptation of the Arctos storefront. I focused on responsive frontend implementation and the journey from browsing products to adding a selected variant to the bag.
Role: frontend recreation, BYAKKO brand integration, interaction development, deployment, and browser verification.

From product discovery to the bag

The goal was to reproduce the editorial feel of a fashion storefront across desktop and mobile while making the core browsing flow work in a standalone preview.
Responsive homepage, collections, product pages, and editorial content.
Search, collection sorting/filtering, and product quick view.
Product variant selection and add-to-bag interactions.
Quantity updates, item removal, and a cart saved in the same browser.
Mobile navigation and shopping-bag states.

Implementation and verification

I connected collection browsing to product selection and the bag, retained the selected variant, and checked the journey at desktop and mobile sizes. The project includes browser checks and cart-behavior tests.
Tools: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Playwright, and Vercel.

Preview and reference

This is a self-initiated storefront preview. Checkout does not take payments or create orders; accounts and form delivery are not connected. Catalog, pricing, and policy content are demonstration/reference material.
Visual design and media reference: Arctos storefront, credited to its respective owners. My contribution is the frontend recreation, brand adaptation, and implemented interactions.
