Pharmaceutical Company- Rebranding

Conducted a full marketing program for a Pharmaceutical company where it was a tough challenge to rebuild a brand that started 20 years ago and to re-establish it in a new competitive market again, but not an impossible one.

Firstly we sketch out a rough plan to understand what exactly the market demands and what the company is supplying. A team of 2 took an overview of the market by physically giving visits and understanding and the current demand and in what areas the market is heading.

The other challenge was to gain people's trust but our Branding and Marketing team did an absolutely wonderful job by creating a wonderful bridge between customer and manufacturer directly which directly resulted in Brand Recognition, Customer Acquisition, and eventually high profits.
