I helped the company acquire new year-long tenants for the various student housing properties (Beach City, Campus 880, etc.) spread throughout Santa Barbara, CA.

The various different tasks that I would perform included: creating digital content and running ads on social media, writing newsletters and coming up with new editorials each month, creating the calendar and managing numerous events, as well as occasionally welcoming new people to the property.

I helped St. George & Associates position themselves in the eyes of their clientele much higher than they were previously, which allowed them be able to make the conversions of potential tenants into actual tenants much easier. They are currently one of the top living choices for students who are attending school in Santa Barbara, CA.

While I loved the environment I worked in and met some incredible people, I quickly discovered my passion for marketing and wanted to offer this service to other businesses, so I started my marketing agency called "GTC Powerhouse."
