AI Chatbot for Service Discovery

I designed and developed a complete AI-powered chatbot interface that allowed users to explore a company’s services in an intuitive, conversational way. The chatbot connected directly with the company’s data and was able to formulate dynamic responses to user inquiries, guiding them toward relevant services available in Lisbon.

I handled the project end-to-end — from designing the interface and ensuring a smooth user experience to implementing the AI logic and integrating it into the website. The result was a tool that simplified service discovery, improved engagement, and made information accessible in a natural, user-friendly format.
