The problem Booking through messages alone makes it easy to overlook service duration, staff breaks, timezone differences, or an already-reserved slot.

My solution I built a public booking flow connected to staff availability and an appointment management workspace.

Engineering notes A unique database slot lock protects against conflicting bookings. Times are stored in UTC and displayed in the business timezone. Payment demos use Midtrans Sandbox.
