• IT/Digital Project Management Lead on marketing imperatives from clients and account managers to internal web development/creative staff
• Project management including scope and timeline alignments, budget, scheduling, and initiative prioritization
• Website build & maintenance for B2B and B2C informational or ecommerce websites ex – helloproducts.com with a ROI of $2-5 million of digital revenue.
• Manage and maintain standard project tools and templates including project schedule, issues logs, risk summary, status reports, meeting minutes, etc.
• Communicate and organize priorities for the designers and copywriters so project milestones are met
• Proactive communication with stakeholders around status, milestones, and delivery of digital projects; coordination of requests and/or feedback as needed
