Frasers came to us with a brief to come up with a campaign to help sell the dream of being at a business park.

This task would prove difficult since no business wanted office space we would have to find new ways of helping them sell their space and come up with fresh, edgy, modern look aimed at the young business owners of today and break the mould of traditional business parks.

The idea behind the new building logos was to create a modular marque showing it from the point of view of the tenant looking into the space for the first time as if they were viewing.

The building logos stretch across Winnersh Triangles headline properties that they are trying to shift, after most of the existing tenants on the park have either shifted to fully WFH or are a hybrid company with office space on the decline.

The new campaign was aimed at the younger demographic of business owners and employees to try and get them to return to work after covid. The idea was to aim for the blue sky’ers, people who aim to put themselves out there and want to do things the unconventional way.

People who are blue sky thinkers, innovators, creators, winners are those who think beyond the norm, challenge the brief, think of new ways to tackle obstacles and those were the people who Winnersh wanted in their park to try and reinvigorate and fill out the empty floor space no one wanted.
