Okay now that you are ready to give it a go, let’s discuss how you can include it in your diet. There are several ways to prepare tigernut to incorporate into your daily diet, but today I will give you a recipe for the most common and easiest method.
Tigernut: 2 cups (soak overnight or for 12 hours)
Dates: 6 dates (to sweeten).
Honey: 2 teaspoons (to sweeten)
Coconut: ½(for creaminess)
Water: 4 cups (to liquidate the concentrate)

· After soaking the tigernut for up to 12 hours, rinse it out into a bowl
· Add fresh water to rinse it again, then into a bowl, set it aside
· Set aside six dates and rinse them also
· Carry the coconut, break the husk, and remove half of the shell.
· Rinse the coconut and set it aside
· After that, rinse your blender, pour the soaked tigernut, the dates, the coconut, and a cup of water into the blender, and blend.
· After blending it into something like a smoothie, pour the mixture into a bowl and sieve it little by little, till you have sieved it all.
· Trash the residue.
· Add honey to your sieved drink and put it in the fridge for some time
· Serve in a cup for you and your family to drink.
