This project explores a high-fashion crossover, placing Princess Diana’s timeless elegance into the modern, minimalist aesthetic of the Kim Kardashian era. The biggest technical hurdle was achieving perfect character consistency while swapping complex outfits and backgrounds. I managed to keep her likeness 100% stable across every scene by utilizing custom-trained models and advanced face-referencing workflows in generative AI.
