By launching a focused, standalone lead qualification tool powered by Outgrow, we helped improve lead relevance by 82%—with minimal complexity or cost increase.

Client Introduction & Background

Banco Familiar is one of the leading financial institutions in Paraguay, offering a wide range of services to both individual and business clients. Within their Small and Medium Business (SMB) Department, the team struggled with an overwhelming number of unqualified inquiries—wasting time, resources, and lowering operational efficiency.
To better serve their market and streamline their internal processes, Banco Familiar reached out for a smart, scalable solution.

The Challenge

The core issue was clear: too many irrelevant leads were reaching the SMB department, which slowed down response times, increased manual filtering, and created bottlenecks in the sales funnel. Their existing website wasn’t equipped to efficiently qualify or route leads before they reached internal teams.
They needed a solution that could deliver higher-quality leads, integrate smoothly into their existing systems, and be easy to update without overloading internal IT resources.

The Solution

We began by conducting a deep dive into the lead flow, mapping user journeys, and collecting internal feedback. After evaluating both custom-coded solutions and off-the-shelf SaaS tools, we recommended Outgrow, a flexible, easy-to-implement platform.
Together with Banco Familiar’s team, we designed a custom lead qualification experience using Outgrow that asked the right questions up front—filtering out non-viable prospects and routing high-potential leads to the right team members.
We implemented a lead qualification popup directly on Banco Familiar’s main website. This allowed users to engage with a dynamic questionnaire powered by Outgrow without ever leaving the page—streamlining the experience and maintaining brand consistency.

Results & Outcomes

The results were both immediate and measurable:
82% improvement in lead quality for the SMB department
Faster internal processing and less time wasted on irrelevant inquiries
A low-maintenance, scalable solution ready for future updates and refinements
This initiative not only streamlined Banco Familiar’s marketing funnel—it laid the groundwork for smarter, more efficient digital engagement moving forward.
