Development of a comprehensive nominations management platform for FEUP, with a Laravel backend and a Vue.js frontend, delivering a modern, fast, and fully responsive user experience. The platform enables the submission of nomination processes, management of courses, users, curricular units, and associated records. It supports the creation of multiple processes for the same record, with automatic verification of previous data and import of approval statuses when applicable. Key features include the generation and export of statistical reports, as well as the creation of data snapshots prior to annual resets. The system handles different user roles with specific permissions and integrates automatic email notifications, sent exclusively to the coordinators involved in each process. The solution was designed to streamline academic management efficiently and intuitively, providing precise control over all stages of the nomination process.
