Turning automation into emotion — the digital relaunch of Barision

Context:

Barision is an automated cocktail machine designed for social gatherings and home entertainment.
 The product was preparing for a crowdfunding launch. However, the existing website did not reflect the product’s quality, positioning, or semi-premium ambition. The digital presence lacked clarity, emotional storytelling, and a strong value proposition — all critical for conversion-driven platforms like Kickstarter.

Objective:

Redesign the website to match the product’s semi-premium positioning
Create a clear value narrative for crowdfunding conversion
Highlight key product features and differentiators
Build an engaging visual identity using 3D and motion
Improve information hierarchy and storytelling flow

Design Process:

For this project, I applied my storytelling-driven framework for single-page product launches.
 The goal was not just to redesign the website, but to structure a persuasive narrative that aligns product positioning, emotional impact, and conversion strategy.

1. Positioning & Narrative Structure

Structured the page around experience-first storytelling instead of feature-dumping, aligning brand perception with semi-premium positioning.

2. Emotional Framing & Perceived Value

Used cinematic lighting, metallic textures, and atmospheric context to elevate perceived value and shift the product into a lifestyle category.

3. Conversion-Oriented Interaction

Introduced scroll-based 3D interaction to simulate physical exploration and guide users toward conversion readiness.

Storytelling Approach

Hardware products require emotional framing, especially in crowdfunding environments where trust and aspiration drive decisions. To immerse users into the lifestyle context of Barision, I recreated the atmosphere of a home bar — warm lighting, cinematic depth, and textured materials. I also enhanced the product’s metallic texture to reinforce durability, maturity, and perceived quality, aligning with its semi-premium positioning.

Scroll-Driven Product Showcase

In this section, I designed an interactive scroll-based experience to immerse users in the product. As users scroll, the camera angle shifts dynamically, revealing key functional features step by step. This approach transforms passive viewing into active exploration, increasing engagement and reinforcing perceived product value
