Fairview.org partnered with the University of Minnesota and the US Association of Providers to offer better, faster, and personalized patient care. To achieve this, we built a bespoke solution on top of “My Chart” for a seamless patient experience with Fairview hospitals. Redesigned the navigation and workflow for easier access to scheduling appointments and other information.
