Agent Monitoring & Browser Safety Console

Problem

Browser agents must detect failures, preserve evidence, treat webpage text as untrusted, and pause before submissions or credential use.

Solution

Created a synthetic control console with deterministic scenarios, typed failure states, domain allowlisting, injection detection, approval gates, and downloadable run evidence. Independent reference build, not a connected production monitor.

Interactive monitoring UI; Playwright suite; tested policy module; healthy, provider-failure, injection, and approval scenarios; JSON report; public source artifacts.
