Endeavour Rehab Patient Guide

Endeavour Rehab is a unique Toronto physiotherapy clinic, and one of their biggest challenges was effectively communicating what they offer to prospective clients. With the help of the patient guide I created for them, patients better understood what to expect through the entire treatment process, and were also better able to communicate with their friends and family about the services that worked so well for them.

I created this patient guidebook from scratch with input from the clinic director, from concept, design, writing, and sourcing print copies. Over the course of several months we honed the specific messaging, worked with patients to ensure it was clear and readable and created effective graphics and laid out a clear path.
