Title: Sound Healing Academy — Designing & Building a Complete Custom Kajabi Ecosystem for a Global Sound Healing School

I've partnered with the Sound Healing Academy — an established international sound healing school offering certified, expert-led training worldwide — to design and build an entirely new custom Kajabi ecosystem from the ground up. The goal: bring their online courses, in-person workshops, community, and digital resources together under one cohesive, premium platform that reflects the calm, elevated feel of their brand and scales with their global student base.

Rather than dropping their content into a template, we started with design. I gathered their brand assets and produced six distinct, fully custom design directions for the site — each a different take on the look and feel — then worked with their team to narrow to a favorite and refine it into the final direction. Every screen is designed intentionally before a single thing is built, so the finished platform feels bespoke, elegant, and unmistakably theirs.

The full ecosystem we're designing and building includes:

Workshop registration and booking pages for their certified Level 1 and Level 2 in-person trainings

A digital store for downloadable resources

Lead capture, email automations, and nurture sequences

Fully mobile-optimized end to end

The result will be a single, scalable home for everything the Sound Healing Academy offers — courses, workshops, community, and store — with a refined, on-brand experience that makes it effortless for students around the world to discover, enroll, and grow with them.
