The Brief
Primenest Properties LLC is a real estate company based in Dubai, UAE. They needed a simple, modern logo that would reflect professionalism and trust in the competitive Dubai property market.
Research & Discovery
I started by researching the brand's core assets and understanding their potential client base. This meant looking at the Dubai real estate landscape, competitor branding, and what visual language would resonate with property buyers and investors in the region. The goal was clear: a mark that feels premium without being overcomplicated.
Design Process
After the research phase, I moved into concept development in Adobe Illustrator, exploring clean typographic directions and minimal iconography that could work across digital and print. Figma was used for layout exploration and mockup presentations.
The final logo balances modern simplicity with a sense of stability — exactly what a real estate brand needs to communicate at first glance.
