The Correspondence Management System is

The Correspondence Management System is an enterprise web application designed to manage and track incoming and outgoing correspondence between departments, employees, and external organizations. It provides a centralized platform for creating, assigning, tracking, searching, and archiving official correspondence while maintaining a complete history of every action.

The system will be built using Java and Spring Boot with a scalable, event-driven architecture. Kafka will handle asynchronous events such as correspondence creation, assignment, status changes, notifications, audit events, and integrations with other systems. Redis will improve performance through caching, distributed locking, and frequently accessed data management. Core Features
