My role at Contentsquare during this period was to act as technical referent for 3 modules that are part of their analytics platform, namely: Merchandising, Retail Media and the error detection module.

As part of my job, I led the development of new functionalities, helped the team to implement them successfully, and ensured the smooth running of the system components for which I was responsible.

I served as the technical reference point for 3 products: 2 that focused on providing information on merchandising and retail media, and 1 that focused on identifying errors on customer websites and mobile applications.

Responsible for the analysis, planning, estimating, technical breakdown and execution of new product features.

Improved team efficiency by enhancing new feature planning and ensuring clear knowledge transfer to the development team.

Creation of a documentation space for the development team with the aim of improving the efficiency of joint tasks and consolidating existing technical knowledge.

Integrate QA colleagues into our development processes, from design to maintenance, and monitor and evolve QA practices.
