Designed and built companion mobile and desktop tools for Amano Support mentors working with neurodivergent learners. Replaced fragmented manual paperwork with a unified workflow for scheduling, session tracking, and reporting. The platform reduced admin overhead, improved consistency of delivery, and supported better outcomes for both mentors and learners. Result: higher mentor retention, lower operational friction, and improved service quality for students and staff.
