Case Study: Transforming Transpool.ng – A Seamless and Modern Redesign

Client Overview

Transpool.ng is a ride-pooling and logistics platform designed to connect commuters with shared transportation options, enhancing efficiency and affordability. However, its existing platform faced usability challenges, outdated visuals, and inconsistent user flows, leading to a subpar experience for both riders and drivers.

Project Goals

Improve the overall user experience (UX) and interface (UI)
Enhance navigation for both riders and drivers
Modernize the visual identity
Optimize the booking and payment process for a seamless transaction flow
Improve accessibility and mobile responsiveness

Challenges

Cluttered UI: Users found the interface overwhelming, with too much information presented at once.
Confusing Navigation: Key actions such as booking a ride, managing payments, and tracking trips were not intuitive.
Outdated Aesthetics: The design lacked a modern touch, reducing user trust and engagement.
Inefficient Booking Flow: Too many steps were required for ride confirmation, leading to drop-offs.
Poor Mobile Optimization: The mobile experience was inconsistent, affecting usability for a majority of users accessing the platform on smartphones.

Our Approach
