Web App with AI integration

A recent project comprising of a few AI models made and trained on UK/England Real Estate data with almost 100% accuracy and integrated into a web application.

The web application features two interactive user interface components to let the users select a region, town/city, number of bedrooms and property type and in response, web app runs the models on given parameters and return a rental estimation for that property along with the selling price.

Web app also features data visualization to show overview of property price and rent over time, both for past and future (predictory).
