Sentiment Analysis for feedback tickets using deep learning

The aim was to develop a sentiment classifier that could analyze the sentiments of the feedback received after resolving a customer support ticket. The client wanted such a classifier to analyze which types of support tickets are getting positive feedback and which are getting negative feedback.
