We developed and implemented the Kickly AI SaaS platform with:

AI-Powered Idea Analysis: Integrated GPT-based planning engine that asks smart follow-up questions and converts raw startup ideas into structured MVP concepts.

Three Launch Plan Generator: Built an intelligent system that generates three complete MVP plans per idea: • Rapid (6–8 weeks) • Standard (8–12 weeks) • Comprehensive (12+ weeks) Each plan includes features, epics, tasks, tech stack, timeline, and cost breakdown.

Smart Budgeting Engine: Implemented feature-level cost estimation with accurate hour calculations and percentage breakdown across frontend, backend, design, and testing.

Project Management System: Developed Kanban boards with sprint tracking, task assignments, drag-and-drop workflows, and real-time progress monitoring.

Document Hub & Collaboration: Built a real-time collaborative document workspace for PRDs, API specs, roadmaps, and design notes with rich text editing, diagrams, and sharing permissions.

Tech Stack Recommendations: Created an AI-based tech stack suggestion engine tailored to each MVP (e.g., Next.js, PostgreSQL, Stripe, authentication systems).

SaaS Infrastructure & Billing: Integrated Stripe for subscription billing, plan-based access control, developer seat management, and usage-based feature restrictions.

Scalable Architecture: Designed a secure cloud-ready backend with authentication (NextAuth.js), database management (PostgreSQL + Prisma), and performance optimization for multi-user environments.
