As a frontend developer building Xvantage for Associates (X4A) platform, developed a whole new module from scratch, Solution Design & Configurator.
This module is used to create, update, view and delete support solutions, by the SD&S team, which will be consumed by the chatbot on the Xvantage for customers (X4C) platform providing customer support to resellers.
