Using Real People for Credibility

To build trust, I incorporated authentic imagery featuring real content creators and property buyers. This adds a human touch and enhances social proof, making the platform feel more genuine and relatable.

Hype Properties is a media-driven real estate marketing platform that transforms traditional property listings into high-impact digital experiences. The project focuses on leveraging content creators, strategic video marketing, and targeted social media campaigns to maximize visibility and engagement for property owners.

As the lead designer, I built an intuitive brand identity, website, and marketing materials that positioned Hype Properties as an industry leader. I worked on:
