At Zoox, I was on a small team responsible for building an internal tool from the ground up to be used by a Rider Operations team (essentially, Zoox's version of GM's OnStar, but for RoboTaxis).
This app is extremely complex, as it integrates functionality from the autonomous fleet of vehicles that Zoox drives around in multiple states.
I led one portion of the project which involved setting up a task routing system to direct Rider Operation agents' attention towards vehicles that needed it. For example, if a rider was calling in from a vehicle, or if a particular vehicle entered a bad state, we would prompt the next available agent to go to a specific page in the app to view details about the situation.
