Therapeutic Art Workshops: Virtual & Local

Providing art workshops for a wide range of group settings. Participants gain skills with using art media as a therapeutic tool in developing their skills in a variety of areas: self regulation and coping skills, energy expression, self understanding, understanding what wants to be expressed but may not be able to in words, supporting self development and growth, etc. Therapeutic art workshops can be delivered virtually, or local workshops can be arranged upon request. Participants of therapeutic art workshops will have the opportunity to deepen their own personal practices with art as a therapeutic tool, building their coping tool belt, and deepening their connections to art and various media while strengthening and maintaining their self care.
