10 videos. One cohesive brand system. Every visual touchpoint for the LeadHERship Gala 2025 covered: event intro, individual speaker introductions, montage sequences, and the main event video.
All delivered in both 16:9 (main stage projection) and 9:16 (social/mobile) formats, totaling roughly 20 exports across the full suite.
The Challenge
The gala needed each video to serve a distinct function while reading as part of the same visual identity. A speaker intro demands tight pacing and clear hierarchy. A montage reel needs rhythm and emotional momentum. The main event video ties everything together with a longer narrative arc.
All of these had to share the same typographic system, color language, and motion vocabulary without feeling repetitive. The brand system had to flex across formats and contexts while staying instantly recognizable whether it was projected on a ballroom screen or scrolled past on a phone.
Approach
I built a modular motion design system in After Effects: a shared set of title treatments, transitions, lower thirds, and color grades that could be adapted per video type without rebuilding from scratch each time. This let me move fast across 10 deliverables while keeping every piece locked to the same visual standard.
Editing and assembly happened in Premiere Pro, where I structured each video's pacing to match its purpose. Speaker intros were punchy and informative. Montages leaned into energy and emotion. The main event video balanced both.
Result
Full suite delivered on deadline with no revisions requested. The videos ran across main stage projectors, lobby screens, and social platforms throughout the gala, giving the event a unified visual presence from the first frame to the last.
