DNA Sequencing & Analysis

Part of Nebula Genomics, a DNA sequencing platform handling large genome datasets and over 100 daily user orders. Responsibilities included developing backend features, debugging and optimizing the application, and assisting junior developers with their tasks. Served as the first point of contact with the product owner, participated in architecture design, and provided improvement suggestions. Also responsible for upgrading the NodeJs backend, database migration and enhancing Firebase and GCP integrations.
