Bowman came to me with an unusual goal for their YouTube channel: they wanted to teach other educators in the Montessori space, rather than boost admissions. Their goal was to discuss subtle points of education and further establish themselves as the gold standard for authentic Montessori schooling.

Over the course of two years, my crew filmed 10 days worth of content at Bowman, including interviews with teachers, staff, parents, and students. Rather than using teleprompter, I let the subjects guide me to topics they were most passionate about, and then consolidated my focus there.

This allowed us to capture content that felt genuine rather than stiff and contrived. If you peruse the Bowman YouTube channel, you'll see that the positive energy and natural confidence of the speakers shines through.
