Backend Migration

Assumed responsibility for a project with a frontend in PHP and a backend/API in Ruby on Rails. Identified high cloud computing costs due to the Rails API and successfully migrated the backend to Laravel, achieving immediate operational functionality and reducing monthly costs to less than one-tenth of the original.
