The client needed scroll-stopping content for Instagram Reels and Ads that would showcase the premium lifestyle, panoramic views, and spacious apartments to attract buyers.

Developed the full video concept, editing, motion graphics, and text animations

Featured stunning shots of interiors with large panoramic windows and views
Included emotional lifestyle moments to connect with potential buyers
Presented a clear 2-bedroom apartment layout (52 m²)
Added a strong Ukrainian headline "Ваш новий дім у сучасному ЖК" with a call to action
Result
