Being a #developer we do notice these kind of things and normal users may probably be confused with this! 🙂 The Case Scenario: I've ordered 2 items recently, and therefore it has been moved out from this section, but I still can see '2' popping in that part as well as the cart logo on the top right corner. Who knew that functions in code could be as fun as functions in real life? 😄 As I'm gearing up to attend a big function in November, I thought, what better time to shop online? And that's when the idea struck me—why not build my own shopping site? So, I did! Mritunjay Kumar -- 2mo Hello Everyone 👋 Today, I learned how props work in React and wanted to share what I discovered.😂 Props (short for properties) are essential for passing data from one component to another in React, making it easier to build dynamic and reusable components. To Learn this concept , I’ll use an example of product with three cards (just like what you’d see on e-commerce platforms like Flipkart). Each card includes: 1. Product Heading 2. Product Description 3. Product Price By passing different values through props, I was able to render multiple product cards without repeating code. This makes React incredibly efficient for creating scalable applications! 🚀 If you're learning React or want to understand how props simplify your code, this is a perfect concept to start with.
