StoreOps is a SaaS platform

StoreOps is a SaaS platform for store managers and franchise operators, live at storeops.tech. I built it because I ran the manual version of it — tracking POS data every day, building ordering cadences by hand, coaching shift by shift — while managing a Starbucks location.
The product handles weekly KPI entry across metrics like labor cost, waste percentage, speed of service, and revenue vs target. After each entry, the AI compares your numbers against the previous four weeks and tells you exactly what's drifting, why, and what to do about it this week. Separate modules handle ordering recommendations based on actual usage patterns, coaching scripts for underperforming team members, and a Monday morning ops report for multi-location operators.
Built with Next.js, TypeScript, Prisma, Stripe, and the Anthropic Claude API. Three tiers from $49 to $299/month, with full plan gating, Stripe billing, and transactional email via Resend.
